Acceptance of terms
By using BinsOut ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
BinsOut provides bin collection day reminders for UK councils. We retrieve collection schedules from council websites and send you reminders via email or push notification.
Local service updates
BinsOut may include locally relevant public-service information in reminder emails, such as council or utility updates about roadworks, collection disruption, recycling changes, severe weather or emergency notices.
Local service updates are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for official council, utility or highways notices. Always follow the official source if information differs.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.
BinsOut Supporter subscription
BinsOut offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("BinsOut Supporter") that helps fund the Service. It does not add extra features; the core reminders remain free.

- Price: The current price shown at the time of purchase
Payment is charged to the billing provider used for your purchase at confirmation of subscription. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable renewal price.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through the same billing provider you used to subscribe. Website subscriptions can also be managed from your dashboard.
Accuracy of information
Collection schedules and local service updates are sourced from council, utility or other public-service information and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed. BinsOut is not affiliated with any council unless explicitly stated and does not guarantee the accuracy of collection dates or update content. Always check with the official source if in doubt.
Limitation of liability
BinsOut is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed collections, inaccurate data, or any loss arising from the use of the Service.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
